Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality around sensitive business or technical information exchanged during a project. Confidential data will not be shared or reused outside the context of the service engagement.

7. Project Timelines & Revisions

We strive to meet all deadlines and provide high-quality work. However:

  • Project timelines are estimates and may shift based on client feedback, scope changes, or technical factors.
  • Revisions are included as per the scope outlined in the proposal or contract. Excessive revisions may be subject to additional charges.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payment terms are not met.
  • There is a violation of these Terms.
  • A project is abandoned or stalled for over 30 days without communication.

Clients may terminate an ongoing project with written notice. Any unpaid work or completed milestones will be invoiced and due.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

MazzDigital provides services “as-is” and does not guarantee specific business outcomes such as traffic, sales, or ROI unless clearly agreed upon. We do our best to meet your expectations, but cannot be liable for third-party changes (e.g., search algorithm updates, platform restrictions).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MazzDigital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Our services may involve third-party tools (e.g., CMS platforms, analytics software, social media APIs). We are not responsible for their performance or any changes in their policies or availability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled in local UAE courts.
